Getting over Summer and Embracing the New Season
Summer seems like it is on the way out after not really having much of a summer at all.
The days are getting shorter, the evenings looking darker and the mornings feeling colder.
This is the time of year when I start to feel a dip in my mood that dominoes throughout my day.
I start finding it that little bit harder to get out of bed in the mornings, my appetite changes, my motivation seems to be crawling along the floor and I have a constant craving for sunlight on my face.

Now I am a summer lover. I like all the seasons in moderation but I crave warmth and sunshine.
However here in the UK we don’t tend to have much of a summer so accepting that fact is essential in avoiding moping around for most of the year.

Embrace the new season, allow it to inspire you to move forward with purpose and joy, carrying the essence of the season into all that you do.
